Rob Snyder, PharmD, MBA, CSP

Rob Snyder, PharmD, MBA, CSP

Chief Executive Officer & Board Chairman

Dr. Robert Snyder received both his Doctor of Pharmacy degree and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. At PANTHERx Rare, Dr. Snyder currently serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, where he is responsible for maintaining PANTHERx’s sustainable growth and strategic focus, while overseeing all aspects of the business.

Dr. Snyder has experience in specialty pharmacy with a variety of disease states including, Movement Disorders, Cystic Fibrosis, Hepatitis C, Oral Oncology, Nephrology, Enzyme Replacement Therapies, and various other Rare Diseases. Since the launch of PANTHERx in 2011, Dr. Snyder has helped lead the organization through many periods of growth. He has been responsible for a variety of clinical, operational, business development, and Six Sigma projects that continue to provide value to the organization. His unique background and breadth of experience with strategic partners will continue to secure the future of PANTHERx.

Richard Faris, Ph.D., R.Ph.

Richard Faris, Ph.D., R.Ph.

Chief Operating Officer

Richard Faris serves as PANTHERx’s Chief Operating Officer responsible for pharmacy operations, clinical and patient engagement services, implementation, innovation, and quality.

Prior to joining PANTHERx, Dr. Faris was VP for Clinical Strategy and Services with DaVitaRx. He previously served as Accredo’s Vice President for Clinical Services and Health Outcomes Solutions, and Medco’s/ESI’s National Practice Leader for Rare and Specialty Therapeutics. Dr. Faris served on the executive committees for DaVita Rx and Accredo. He has held leadership positions in health systems, industry, and academia.

Dr. Faris received his Pharmacy degree from the University of Mississippi. He then completed a two-year Masters/residency program with the University of Minnesota and received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida. Dr. Faris has numerous national and international publications, chapters, abstracts, posters, and invited presentations. He recently served as a Board Member for the Pharmacy Quality Alliance.

David Loschinskey

David Loschinskey

Chief Technology Officer

As PANTHERx’s Chief Technology Officer, Dave Loschinskey will oversee our technology teams and support the continued innovation in our PANTHERx Technology Roadmap. All Innovation, Technology, Security and Infrastructure support will be under the guidance of Dave as he propels PANTHERx forward with innovative and competitive solutions to help service our patients, providers, pharmaceutical partners and payers.

Dave brings over 20 years’ specialty pharmacy experience to PANTHERx, across technology and operating roles. Most recently Dave was with Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery (ADCS), one of the nation’s leaders in high-quality dermatology, as Executive Vice President of Operations. Dave also founded and ultimately sold 8th Day Software. 8th Day provided software development and supporting services to healthcare companies. Many of 8th Day’s clients were rare disease, specialty pharmacy, infusion, oncology, and genomics companies.

After the sale of 8th Day Software, Dave served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer of Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc., once the largest independent provider of specialty pharmacy services in the United States. Dave was responsible for pharmacy operations, call center, clinical teams, education and quality, security, facilities, and the technology teams.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Waynesburg college.

Amanda Winter

Amanda Winter

Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management & Payer Relations

As Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management and Payer Relations, Amanda Winter is responsible for the execution of reimbursement strategies to expand payer relationships and improve the revenue cycle experience. Amanda brings over 25 years of experience as a healthcare executive leading accounting, revenue cycle management, payer relations, and pharmacy operations teams. She has a proven track record of implementing performance improvement strategies to exceed key performance indicators.

Before joining PANTHERx, Amanda was the Chief Operating Officer for US Bioservices, leading the integration post-acquisition by CVS Specialty. Other roles include Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management at US Bioservices and Accredo Health.

Amanda earned a BA in Accounting from Mississippi State University and is a member of several professional organizations. She served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy.

Katie DiLorenzo, PharmD

Vice President, RxARECARE™ Operations

Katie DiLorenzo is Vice President, RxARECARE™ Operations, wherein she is responsible for all operations functions, including RxARECARE™ Teams, Fulfillment Services and Training. All of PANTHERx’s patient facing staff report through Katie’s experienced leadership team. Through PANTHERx’s exponential growth since 2020 and transition to a hybrid work environment, Katie’s team has maintained the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Katie has 12 years of pharmacy experience and has been with PANTHERx for over 7 years, holding various leadership roles within pharmacy operations before being promoted to VP, RxARECARE™ Operations in 2020. Prior to PANTHERx, Katie worked as a Unit-Based Clinical Pharmacist at UPMC Presbyterian specializing in Cardiology.

Austin Russian, PharmD

Vice President, Program Management

As VP, Program Management, Austin Russian is responsible for the management and ongoing execution of PANTHERx’s pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts. His team manages the relationships for all of our rare disease manufacturers and closely collaborates with all internal teams to ensure partners expectations are exceeded. Austin’s team is integral to the evolution and growth of PANTHERx as a nimble and innovative pharmacy partner.

Austin has 10 years of pharmacy experience, all of which are with PANTHERx. He has held numerous roles including leadership in Operations, Implementation, and Program Management where he has been part of every rare disease launch at PANTHERx.

Christina Gabriel

Vice President, Business Development

As Vice President, Business Development, Christina Gabriel is responsible for new business development and market access. She is responsible for identifying, pursuing and maintaining business relationships with manufacturer partners that will complement PANTHERx’s strengths as a Rare Pharmacy. Christina has successfully contracted for over a dozen new RxARECARE programs at PANTHERx since starting in 2019.
Christina has 15 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy, working in various roles before entering trade and business development in 2012. Christina has been with PANTHERx for over 3 years; prior to starting with PANTHERx, Christina worked for Walgreens, most recently as Director, Specialty Pharmacy Accounts.

Christina received her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Actuarial Science from The Pennsylvania State University.

B.J. Vaughn

B.J. Vaughn

Chief Human Resources Officer

As Panther’s Chief Human Resources Officer, B.J. is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that support the organization’s overall business plan and strategic direction.

Throughout her career in the financial services and healthcare industries, B.J. has held several roles beyond Human Resources, including sales, business and product development, marketing, and relationship management. This blend of human resources and business experience supports B.J. to act as a strategic partner who guides and coaches while inspiring new processes, programs, and strategies that drive performance, build diverse workforces, and achieve goals.

B.J. deeply understands how HR supports the business, how HR can impact the organization, and how compassionate leadership can drive better business outcomes. She utilizes her solid business acumen and broad background in HR, business operations, talent, and culture management to identify gaps and align organizational infrastructures to produce optimal results through agility, strategic vision, execution, and creativity.

She is passionate about designing solutions that align business and people strategies to achieve results. In her role at Panther, she provides strategic leadership to the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders in succession planning, talent management, change management, performance management, talent acquisition, culture, engagement, and inclusion, learning and development, and compensation.
