Since its founding in a garage in Pittsburgh, PA in 2011, PANTHERx has grown into the largest independent rare pharmacy in the U.S., leveraging established-company resources while maintaining small-company responsiveness, innovation, and attention to detail. PANTHERx was the first national pharmacy to achieve dual accreditations in rare disease from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC). The executive team at PANTHERx leads with a clear purpose: to expand access to life-changing therapies and improve the lives of people living with rare and orphan conditions. Drawing on deep experience across a range of healthcare sectors, they champion a care approach built for the realities of rare diseases and enable positive connections among patients, prescribers, manufacturers, and payers.

Bansi Nagji

Chief Executive Officer

Bansi became PANTHERx’s CEO in August 2024, served as Executive Chair from December 2023 to July 2024, and currently serves as a member of the Company’s board of directors. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning pharma services and supply chain, healthcare technology, and digital platforms. Bansi has deep operating and strategic experience leading high-growth businesses and developing and executing organic and inorganic growth strategies.

In previous roles he served as President, Healthcare at GoodRx, Inc. and EVP and Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at McKesson Corporation. Bansi also has extensive background as a board member for both private and public companies, including Change Healthcare, Deloitte, and Parata Systems. In 2025, he earned the Large Company Leadership Award from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and received the Pinnacle Award from Medical Marketing and Media in 2023.

Bansi earned his B.A. and M.A. from Cambridge University, and an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD.

Rob Snyder PHARMD, MBA, CSP 

Executive Chairman

Rob has been PANTHERx’s Executive Chair since 2024, responsible for working with industry partners to ensure PANTHERx maintains its industry-leading reputation for delivering hyper-personalized clinical, access, and support services to people living with rare health conditions.

Since co-founding the company in 2011, Rob helped lead the organization through a sustained period of growth and transformation. As CEO from 2022-24, he was responsible for a variety of clinical, operational, and business development initiatives that continue to deliver value to the company and its stakeholders. Prior to PANTHERx, Rob held various clinical and commercial positions at Accredo Health Group, Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions, Inc., and GlaxoSmithKline.

Rob earned his PharmD and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Samantha Borden 

Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer, Samantha serves as a strategic partner to the business, bridging complex regulatory requirements with growth goals and operational execution. She leads enterprise legal and regulatory strategy, mitigates risk, and focuses on optimizing our company’s legal, compliance, and quality capabilities so teams can move faster with confidence.

Across the healthcare ecosystem, Samantha has worked on complex transactions in the pharmacy space, pharmaceutical manufacturer programs, infusion services, licensing, and negotiation of payer contracts. At PANTHERx, she leads and develops the legal, compliance, quality, and payer contracting teams, building scalable processes and operating practices that keep pace with company growth. Her specialty pharmacy background at Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc., once the nation’s largest independent specialty pharmacy, equips her to guide cross‑functional teams in delivering practical guidance and innovative solutions that enable the business while maintaining the patient experience PANTHERx is known for.

Samantha holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and was recognized by DBusiness as Top 30 in their 30s. She is a two‑time recipient of DBusiness’s Top Corporate Counsel award and serves on the Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Michigan Chapter.

 

Katie DiLorenzo  

Senior Vice President, Patient and Pharmacy Services

Katie has served as SVP of Patient and Pharmacy Services at PANTHERx since 2026, leading a team of more than 500 across two specialty pharmacies and fulfillment centers in Pittsburgh, PA and Collierville, TN. Since joining PANTHERx in 2015 as a clinical pharmacist, she has been instrumental in the development and success of RxARECARE®, PANTHERx’s proven approach that delivers individualized care plans, proactive interventions, and empathetic engagement across the entire patient journey. Her rapid progression over the past decade at PANTHERx includes leadership roles in pharmacy operations and RxARECARE operations.

Katie began her career as a Unit Based Clinical Pharmacist at UPMC Presbyterian for several years before joining PANTHERx. Her impact extends beyond the workplace through her active support of charitable organizations including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, and the Sewickley YMCA.

Katie earned her PharmD at Duquesne University.

Richard Faris, Ph.D., R.Ph.

Chief Commercial and Clinical Officer

Richard has served as PANTHERx’s Chief Commercial and Clinical Officer since 2025, responsible for business development, account management, patient engagement and clinical innovation, and new programs. He started at PANTHERx as Head of Pharmacy in 2018, became Chief Operating Officer in 2022, and Chief Strategy and Growth officer in 2023.

Prior to joining PANTHERx, Richard was VP Clinical Strategy and Services at DaVita Rx, VP Clinical Services and Health Outcomes Solutions at Accredo, and National Practice Leader for Rare and Specialty Therapeutics at Medco/ESI. He has authored national and international publications, chapters, abstracts, posters, and invited presentations, and in 2025 was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP).

Richard earned his BSc in Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi, completed a two-year M.S. residency program at the University of Minnesota, and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Florida.

Amber Howe 

Chief Human Resources Officer

Amber joined PANTHERx in 2026 to lead the Human Resources (HR) organization, shaping and executing a forward-thinking HR strategy. Her business acumen, resilience, and people-first leadership style enable her to act as a trusted executive coach and cultural change leader with deep experience in M&A, governance, and organizational transformation. 

Before joining PANTHERx, Amber served as EVP and Chief People Officer at Amwell, where she oversaw HR, Corporate Training, Public Affairs and Communications, and Legal. Before Amwell she was EVP and Chief HR Officer at Beacon Health Options, a behavioral health organization acquired by Elevance Health. Earlier in her career, Amber held senior HR leadership roles at Santander Bank, TD Bank, and Citizens Bank. Across these roles, she consistently transformed HR teams into strategic advisors and change agents.

Amber holds an MPA in Management from Grand Valley State University and a BSW from Calvin College. 

David Loschinskey 

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer since 2023, Dave oversees PANTHERx’s pharmacy operations, revenue cycle management, fulfillment, and technology teams. In this role Dave drives our high service model that patients have come to expect, and the continued innovation and solutions that propel PANTHERx forward to better serve patients, prescribers, pharmaceutical partners, and payers. Dave is also responsible for security and infrastructure, and facilities, including PANTHERx operations in Pittsburgh, PA and Collierville, TN.

Dave started at PANTHERx as Chief Technology Officer in 2022. Before PANTHERx, Dave served as EVP Operations at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, a national network delivering premium medical and cosmetic dermatology services. He also founded 8th Day Software in 2013, providing software development and support services to clients in rare disease, specialty pharmacy, infusion, oncology, and genomics. After selling 8th Day Software to Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. in 2017, Dave became Diplomat’s CIO and then COO. Prior to 8th Day Software, Dave held technology leadership positions at Accredo Health, Inc. and Oracle.  All told, Dave has more than twenty years of specialty pharmacy and rare disease experience.

Dave earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Waynesburg College.

Arik Moav

Chief Financial Officer

As PANTHERx’s Chief Financial Officer since 2024, Arik partners with the Board of Directors, the Executive Leadership Team, and business stakeholders to shape and execute the company’s short and long-term strategic and financial priorities. He has extensive leadership experience in corporate finance, corporate development, and strategy in private and public companies in healthcare, health-tech, fintech, and software. Arik is passionate about leveraging numbers and data to help businesses make smart decisions to drive profitable and sustainable growth.

Before joining PANTHERx, Arik was CFO at CARET, a private equity backed B2B software company. Prior to that, he was SVP Finance at GoodRx, where he built and scaled the finance team and led the IPO process to take the company public. Arik also founded and led a fintech firm and held finance and strategy leadership roles at RealtyMogul and Amgen.

Arik earned a double B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Tel Aviv and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Austin Russian 

Senior Vice President, Program Excellence

Austin is Senior Vice President of Program Excellence at PANTHERx, overseeing pharmaceutical manufacturer partnerships and leading the prescriber relations team that works across therapy areas to ensure smooth collaborations between healthcare professionals (HCPs) and PANTHERx teams on behalf of patients. He is also responsible for implementing all aspects of the company’s rare disease drug launch activities, from resourcing to patient accessibility to the timely delivery of therapy.

Since joining PANTHERx in 2013 as a clinical pharmacist, Austin has increased his business acumen and scope through roles spanning pharmacy operations, implementation, and program management. With expertise in specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and patient care coordination, Austin was instrumental in scaling PANTHERx’s capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the rare disease community. He is a sought-after speaker at industry events, known for combining his clinical insights with deep experience in pharmacy operations and hyper-personalized patient care.

Austin earned his PharmD and his BPS from the University of Pittsburgh, where he built a strong foundation in clinical practice and pharmacy innovation.
