Founded in 2011, PANTHERx® Rare Pharmacy embarked on a quest to reinvent specialty, revolutionize pharmacy, and redefine care. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we serve patients nationwide.

Bansi Nagji

Chief Executive Officer

Bansi Nagji is PANTHERx Rare’s CEO, with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning pharma services and supply chain, healthcare technology, and digital platforms. He has deep operating and strategic experience leading high-growth businesses and developing and executing organic and inorganic growth strategies.. Bansi served as Executive Chair at PANTHERx Rare from December 2023 to July 2024, and currently serves as a member of the Company’s board of directors.

Previously, he served as President, Healthcare at GoodRx, Inc., in addition to Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at McKesson Corporation. Mr. Nagji also has extensive background as a board member for both private and public companies, including Change Healthcare, Deloitte, and Parata Systems.

Rob Snyder PHARMD, MBA, CSP 

Executive Chair

Since co-founding PANTHERx Rare in 2011, Dr. Rob Snyder has helped lead the organization through a sustained period of growth and transformation. As CEO, he was responsible for a variety of clinical, operational, and business development initiatives that continue to deliver value to PANTHERx Rare. In his current role as Executive Chair, he is responsible for working with industry partners to ensure PANTHERx Rare maintains its industry-leading reputation for delivering quality patient access to essential medications.

Dr. Snyder received both his Doctor of Pharmacy degree and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

David Loschinskey 

Chief Operating Officer

As PANTHERx’s Chief Operating Officer, Dave Loschinskey will oversee our technology teams and support the continued innovation in our PANTHERx Technology Roadmap. All Innovation, Technology, Security and Infrastructure support will be under the guidance of Dave as he propels PANTHERx forward with innovative and competitive solutions to help service our patients, providers, pharmaceutical partners and payers.

Dave brings over 20 years’ specialty pharmacy experience to PANTHERx, across technology and operating roles. Most recently Dave was with Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery (ADCS), one of the nation’s leaders in high-quality dermatology, as Executive Vice President of Operations. Dave also founded and ultimately sold 8th Day Software. 8th Day provided software development and supporting services to healthcare companies. Many of 8th Day’s clients were rare disease, specialty pharmacy, infusion, oncology, and genomics companies.

After the sale of 8th Day Software, Dave served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer of Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc., once the largest independent provider of specialty pharmacy services in the United States. Dave was responsible for pharmacy operations, call center, clinical teams, education and quality, security, facilities, and the technology teams.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Waynesburg college.

Amber Howe 

Chief Human Resources Officer

Amber Howe leads the PANTHERx Human Resources organization, shaping and executing a forward-thinking HR strategy. Amber is known for her business acumen, resilience, and people-first leadership style. She is a trusted executive coach and cultural change leader with deep experience in M&A, governance, and organizational transformation.

Amber brings more than 25 years of experience in people, culture, and organizational leadership. She most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Amwell, where she oversaw Human Resources, Corporate Training, Public Affairs and Communications, and Legal. During her tenure, she transformed HR into a strategic function, strengthened operational capabilities, and played a key leadership role in the company’s IPO.

Her prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Beacon Health Options, a behavioral health organization acquired by Elevance Health. Earlier in her career, Amber held senior HR leadership roles at Santander Bank, TD Bank, and Citizens Bank. Across these roles, she consistently transformed HR teams into strategic advisors and change agents.

Amber holds a Master of Public Administration in Management from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Calvin College.

Arik Moav

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Arik partners with the Board of Directors, the Executive Leadership Team, and business stakeholders to shape and execute the company’s short and long-term strategic and financial priorities. He is passionate about leveraging numbers and data to help the business make smart decisions to drive sustainable and profitable growth.

Arik has extensive leadership experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, and Strategy in private and public companies in healthcare, health-tech, fintech, and software. He has experience working for private equity and venture capital backed firms, mature or early-stage, including founding and running his own company. His diverse experience allows him to bring unique perspectives and apply a variety of financial strategies and tactics. 

Before Joining PANTHERx, Arik was CFO at CARET, a private equity backed B2B software company. Prior to that, Arik was SVP of Finance at GoodRx, where he built and scaled the finance team and led the IPO process, taking the company public. Prior to that, Arik founded and led a fintech firm and held finance and strategy leadership roles at RealtyMogul and Amgen.

Arik has a double BA in Accounting and Economics from the University of Tel Aviv and an MBA from UCLA.

Samantha Borden 

Chief Legal Officer

As the Chief Legal Officer, Samantha serves as a trusted advisor, skillfully navigating the intersection of legal intricacies and business strategies.  She leads the business through legal and regulatory matters, mitigates risk and is focused on optimizing our company’s legal, compliance, and quality capabilities.

With a distinguished career spanning various facets of the healthcare industry, Samantha brings a wealth of expertise, including complex transactions within the pharmacy space, pharmaceutical manufacturer offerings, infusion services, licensing, wholesale and 3PL, hub services, and negotiations of intricate payer contracts. Having spent numerous years at Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc., once the nation’s largest independent specialty pharmacy, Samantha is adeptly positioned to provide vital oversight to our legal, compliance, and quality departments, and meaningful guidance to our business operations. Passionate about a patient-centric model, she meticulously guides our business to ensure that our tailored services not only meet legal and compliance standards but also uphold the highest ethical and quality benchmarks, strengthening our culture of excellence, trust and integrity.

Samantha holds a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, magna cum laude, and has been recognized as a Top 30 in their 30s by DBusiness magazine. She currently serves as President of the Michigan Chapter for the Association of Corporate Counsel, demonstrating her commitment to legal excellence and continued professional development.

Richard Faris, Ph.D., R.Ph.

Chief Commercial and Clinical Officer

Richard Faris, PhD, RPh, serves as PANTHERx’s Chief Commercial and Clinical Officer responsible for Business Development, Program Management, Patient Engagement and Clinical Innovation, New Programs, and Payer Solution. He has been with PANTHERx for 6.5 years and previously served as their Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to joining PANTHERx, Dr. Faris was VP for Clinical Strategy and Services with DaVita Rx. He previously served as Accredo’s Vice President for Clinical Services and Health Outcomes Solutions, and Medco’s/ESI’s National Practice Leader for Rare and Specialty Therapeutics. Dr. Faris served on the executive committees for PANTHERx, DaVita Rx, and Accredo. Dr. Faris received his Pharmacy degree from the University of Mississippi. He then completed a two-year Masters/residency program with the University of Minnesota and received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida. Dr. Faris has numerous national and international publications, chapters, abstracts, posters, and invited presentations.
